"Fafnir A-3b is what is dubbed a \"dead world\" by some astrophysicists, meaning a celestial object that has no biological life or tectonic activity. Fafnir A-3b has a miniscule gravitational pull, only being 0.18G. There is no atmosphere present either, which is common for objects this small. For millions of years, the solar radiation from Fafnir A has built up very large deposits of rare isotopes into the top layers of lunar soil, the specific isotope being dilithium. The lunar soil is also very rich in aluminum, which can be extracted alongside dilithium in a simple-by-comparison refining process."
